"When I first met Rebecca, I was skeptical. I wasn’t sure what I was doing there, I just knew I needed a change. I thought I knew about nutrition and how to eat healthy, even though I had a few bad habits. Rebecca taught me what it means to eat a healthy life style. After the first meeting I decided to join Rebecca’s 6 week weight loss group. She creates a personal weekly meal plan for each individual in the group. This was perfect for me, since I don’t like peppers and onions and love pizza. She included 2 different pizza recipes just for me!
